Community of Heritage

An association dedicated to promoting the archaeological, historical and cultural heritage of the town of Vereto, which historically encompassed the area of Capo di Leuca. It has always been a hub of cultural and commercial exchange in the Mediterranean, offering opportunities for dialogue and growth both now and in the future.

The Narrazioni Cultural Association was founded in 2017 with the aim of helping to increase the number of readers in the Capo di Leuca and Salento regions.

The projects and activities it has carried out, including the Armonia Festival, are the means by which reading is made not only an individual pleasure, but also a tool for community reconnection and local development.

It collaborates with all organisations, both public and private, that play a role in promoting books and reading.

Makrà Studio is an audio production studio and cultural hub in the small village of Patù, a stone’s throw from the sea at Capo di Leuca, steeped in the millennia-old history of Vereto, an ancient Messapian city.

It was born out of a profound desire: to explore, to stay and to create in the South. That is how we returned here, to Salento, choosing to listen to its rhythms, voices and memories.
